Food Pigments
Pigment of natural insoluble origin mainly used in colouring of fatty medium or of dry mixing powders.
Lacquers of synthetic food dyes can be considered as pigment dyes as they are insoluble.
The higher brightness of colour makes the difference to mineral dye pigments.
